Since today’s patch (4/22/25) can’t seem to stay logged in more than 15-20 seconds. Keep getting disconnected with the “You have been disconnected from the server. (WOW51900319).”

I am having the same issue, I join a server and after a minute all NPC’s disappear and I eventually get disconnected.

I’m seeing the same issue. I’ve tried it with IPv6 option selected and deselected with no improvement either way.

Same here - I’ve had more disconnects in the 2 weeks since the new patch than in the entire 20 years of playing WoW before.
I’m not even able to complete world content.

11 disconnects in a row before I was finally able to stay in the world today…this is crazy…Tried everything even the vpn / no vpn thing people have recommended-Nothing is working
This is happening just since the last patch & so many different forums / bug reports etc so clearly impacting a lot of people

I’ve worked out this issue isn’t WoW alone - WoW is causing your internet connection do die.
You can verify this by running WinMTR or similar in a separate window - then seeing that when running WoW and ONLY when running WoW, the connection fails, only on SOME ISPs.
I’m on a TPG Australia reseller.
Because it is ISP specific - Blizzard won’t fix it.
Because it WoW specific - your ISP won’t fix it.
The result is - nothing you (or I) can do except stop playing the game until fixed.
Last Epoch is working out well for me.

Every time i play wow. Within 5-10 minutes i get disconnected from the game briefly. It actually seems to crash my internet when this is happening. This is the only game that keeps crashing and its ruining my experience. I spent 4 hours on league and cant stay logged on for more than 5 min on wow.
I tried everything.
- Deleted all addons
- Uninstalled and reinstalled wow
- Deleted cache and WTF folder
- Called my ISP, not them becuase wow is the only game thats disconnecting every 5 minutes. I dont have this problem with League of legends or Forza V
- Disabled all my security and firewalls
- Updated drivers
- Reset my network 3x
- Released and renewed ip and flushed DNS
- Reset UI
- Ran the Scan and Repair tool
- Running direct connection to Router
- Tried a hotspot network, still DC
My only option right now it to wait for an update which is kind of lame bc there are some people that have been experiencing this problem for months. If this is how i go it is what it is lol

Check your settings, turn off ipv6 if it’s enabled. Not many isp systems use this.

This is still happening…has nothing to do with ipv6 for me at least (never had enabled)
Tried scan & repair (not that I thought it would help) - tried vpn - no vpn… still happening…grrrr

It’s so strange that this is happening out of nowhere. Playing since 2005 and this has never happened to me. Hopefully there is a solution before the season ends. Trying to push for a rank 1 title in Blitz and i cant risk queing up right now bc the disconnects are so consistent.

This happens to me as well.
When I get dc’d from wow, my laptop’s internet will stop working for a few minutes.
But, at the same time, my smart TV right next to me using the same wireless internet as my laptop will function perfectly fine and does not have any interruptions in internet connection.
This issue also only happens in wow, no other games or programs on my laptop have any problems with frequent disconnects.
