"You have an unopened item in your collection."

Ever since Dragonflight, I’ve been getting a message on login that I have an unopened item in my collection. I’ve been through all my tabs, and I cannot figure out what it is or how to clear that notification. Any ideas?

Scroll through your full mount list and pet list. I bet there’s one that you havevn’t unwrapped in there :slight_smile:

Just did, no luck. :frowning: Also tried my toybox, heirlooms, and appearances.

Did someone send you a gift? You might have to claim it through the store?

check the mounts/pets that came from buying whichever edition of the expansion you have as well as any recent twitch/game promos you might have participated in (accidentally or intentionally)?

(boxes normally appear at the top of the collection list until opened, but I’m not sure if that’s always true)

(I know I’ve missed boxes right in front of my face before, so even though you scrolled through your collection, that’s still my go-to guess)

DERP.

I had my Pets tab filtered to only show Beasts pets, which was preventing the Drakks gift-box from showing up.
