Would they have some kind of crypt?
Necrodancer is the colloquial term smh
Says the demonhunter lmaooooooooo
LMAO im actually crying at this
Bard spec rogue
Blood spec warlock (where player HP is a primary resource - Health Funnel players, hello?)
Last two:
A tank spec for Hunter (Survival reworked, with a 4th DPS spec called Tinker added?)
A tank spec for Mage, where you construct arcane golems to defend you allies and focus attacks of your enemies.
…
Also up, PvP overhaul! New PvP talent system removes abilities and gives passive bonuses for “to” and “from” players, grinded honor resource resetting each season. New Battleground enhances this new system to empower your character in a DOTA-like push to the enemy Hearthstone. Many old PvP skills, like Smoke Bomb, now baseline to the class (again)!
CC moved exclusively to tanks to control the battlefield. Their low damage done and damage taken, give them a perfect place to set up kills for damage counterparts, and defensively give resets and space to their healer allies.
All damage classes apply Battle Fatigue when damaging enemy players. This long duration debuff causes players suffering from Battle Fatigue to become harder to heal for a short period whenever they are healed. This is meant to be a robust replacement of dampening, and is active in arenas, battlegrounds, and when opting into War Mode. Tanks suppress this aura, and Battle Fatigue applied at half effectiveness on healers.
…
Lastly, several niche situations implemented where your class and fantasy matter. Heavy armor matters against physical damage. Stealth and pickpocket minigames added. Paladins deal bonus damage to undead. And much much more…
…
Disclaimer: None of this is real, but man I wish WoW was an MMORPG again.
This is true of all magic. None of the Warcraft cosmic powers are “good” or “evil.” It’s only the will and intentions of those who use it that make that distinction.
Nope.
Time for them to join us then.
They weren’t until Wow…
I prefer the model where they have a Tank Dps and Healing spec.
Tank uses a large pet that is less pet more extension of the character. Summons smaller undead minions that enhance the main one and allow it to do aoe taunts and cleaves and to use a direct defense ability.
DPS uses some of those neat new spell effects has some control some DPS and is relatively designed around movement. Just because.
Healing uses the fleshcraft concept and stiches your allies back together.
I’d love Necromancers.
A user over on MMO-champ had two threads on how it could be done. I’d have happily played either one. They were very well done and different enough from what we currently have.
There’s a lot of cool new stuff with shadowlands that could be used as well.
I do think Tinkers should be a class as well.
Add both.
Just to throw it out there, Mesmer was a pretty cool concept for an illusion class (guild wars 1 version).
Had illusion weapons of different types, could make clones (in gw2), had a debuff when a melee attack went off did damage to the person (thorns), had the same for spellcasts (eye of leotheras for DH)
It was a pretty cool concept, the illusion weapons ignored armor as well.
Just throwing that out there for inspiration, i always really thought it was a cool concept. Personally, i’m only rooting for a Tinker class, it’s the only thing I think could happen
Yeah, Mesmers are dope. It’s an unoriginal idea given a new and interesting coat of paint.
I mean the game desperately needs more range classes (would almost want to add a ranged spec to DH as well) given that there have been 0 in 15 years but demand for ranged has only gone up over time.
I think it’d be kinda neat if it had 4 specs to mirror the druids.
bone themed Tank, lich frost caster spec, unholy summoning typical necro spec, blood based healing spec.
what if they could reanimate the skeleton inside of living creatures
Of course not, that’s why I always suggest Tinkers.
Yes.

Please name me an iconic monk from Warcraft lore, lmfao troll
CHEN STORMSTOUT
Thanks for playing.
Let’s leave the necromancy-soul-less-body-slaves out of this fabled realm. What did your girlfriend do to you?
A Chaos Bringer.
Mail Wearing. Tank, RDPS, MDPS. Int Main Stat.
Race:
Alliance-Dwarf, Worgen, Kul Tiran, Dark Iron, Void Elf, Gnome.
Horde- Orc, Undead, Troll, Nightborne, Mag’har Orc, Zandalari.
Wields a 1handed melee. No offhand or Shield. For Tank and MDPS
The offhand is the casting hand. RDPS Uses Staves or MH/OH like normal casters.
The spells are chaos magic based. Think a cross between Fire Mage Spells and Shadow Priest look.
Melee attacks and spell casts are independent from each other. So while you are casting spells with your offhand, you can still use Melee abilities.
Tanks
Offhand Will Cast DmG shields/dmg reduction spells, debuffs to the enemy. Aggro generating abilities and damaging abilities to the enemy come from the main hand weapon. Taking DMG Builds Chaos energy to cast spells similar to Rage. Certain Melee Attacks and abilities Also build Chaos Energy.
MDPS Will play similar.
The spells will be To deal DMG and Debuff. MH Attacks build Chaos Energy. Spells Use it. While using Chaos Energy you Build up a Chaos Aura. Once you build up enough the Aura you can channel the Pent up Energy, Drastically Empowering your Melee Abilities. While Empowered with Chaos Aura, you cannot cast spells as it is channeling. Once you begin channeling, you cannot stop until all your chaos aura is depleted. So you can opt for a short quick burst, or a longer sustained burst.
The RDPS is a similar playstyle, but obviously Different.
Each Hand Casts a Different Type of Spell independently from the other. IE you can cast 2 different spells at the same time. Cast times for the spells will accommodate for being able to cast 2 at the same time. One Hand Casts Shadow Flame Spells, The other Casts Fel/Void Spells.
The goal is to have them hit in sequences. Successfully sequencing builds up Chaos Energy. At any level of chaos energy you can cast Chaos Infusion. The spell would have a 10 or 20 sec CD. You cast a bolt using both hands, and both types of Magic activating Chaotic Rage. This Swaps you to a new bar. All the spells on the new bar, Cost Chaos Energy. These spells also are cast using both hands and utilize both magics, for added dmg. Once you enter Chaotic Rage, you cannot leave it till all the energy is depleted.
where would necromancer fit in among warlock and death knight
