You guys really couldn't give us more than 15 min notice on a hard shutdown?

So I spend days fishing for the key I need (22 academy), finally get it, get the squad together, start the key and a few min into it we get a server shutdown message? So literally days of progress just gone because you guys can’t do 30+ min countdowns?

This is bullcrap. I would like my key refunded please.

They always do 15 minutes for this sort of shutdown.

Many of us have asked for 30 minute warnings. They definitely know more than 15 minutes in advance they plan to do a restart. It’s honestly a slap in the face and would take no effort on their part.

It wouldn’t be a big deal if we could get keys in a non-rng way but when I have to spend days fishing for what I need it just blows when it’s literally stolen from me.

They should have some kind of toast notification in game for stuff like this, without having to look at the launcher to see they are doing rolling restarts.

i feel sad i was in azure i try to do my first 20 key and 15 min warning serv shutdown. for me its hard upgrade my key alone a this thing happened.

Completely misses the point. He’s not talking about a regularly scheduled Tuesday restart, he’s instead wanting better communication for abnormal restarts that has a gameplay impact on timed content.

It’s not an unreasonable request in the slightest.

Basically yeah, and people don’t understand that once you get higher key lvl it is a lot harder to specifically target keys so it takes a lot of prep work. Like seriously I fished for days for this stupid key.
