Still bugged for me. Dropped the quest and redid, the object to fight the First Guardian is not appearing.
Still bugged as of 12/10/2020. I tried the sharding trick and lo and behold… it works! Second random group I joined, as soon as I phased into the shard, the Guardian phased into existence and aggroed on me. I’ve never been so pleased to suddenly be attacked.
It would be much appreciated if Blizzard would get on fixing these quest-breaking bugs. It would be a shame for any quests to be neglected and forgotten, like, for instance, one of the quests in Legion’s Stormheim zone that is so broken that it literally cannot be progressed at all, with no workaround whatsoever… and it’s still broken, 2 expansions later…
Bugged for me as of 11:30pm Eastern on 12/10. Incense does not spawn. I have tried all the workarounds mentioned here and on Wowhead. Nothing works so far. Per the patch notes this was supposedly fixed but it’s definitely not.
