Likely farm mounts. Id think some stuff in Dragonflight would become soloable at that point. I can already do a few things in normal mode on my 609 fury warrior. Id put Dawn of the Infite on full grind mode as it may be my only hope at getting Timereaver. I already nearly can I just need a bit more DPS to push past Iridikron, after that Id imagine the rest will be a cake walk.

No worries, I was mostly looking to eliminate the âeasy outsâ to the core question.

Refusing the gear is definitely an option, though you are placing yourself at a handicap compared to all of those who do accept it. But still, I have to wonder, how long would you be able to maintain that before finally caving and taking the bag of goodies?
It becomes what you make of it, you could argue.
There is some intent behind the hypothetical situation, but itâs not intended to be inflammatory; itâs actually trying to avoid this degenerating into wild accusations going one way or another.
And Iâve found more open-ended questions like this tend to yield more results that presenting a specific âAâ or âBâ option. Defining them tends to show some kind of bias and then the topic just becomes a train-wreck.

i would jump in the highest level of content i could and try to push my clear time ever faster, and ever cleaner gear is not the end goalâŚits the means to reach that end goal
Probably run Delves, Gather materials and run old content like I am now.
Not interested in Group content much anymore. Plus I now have all that gear so there isnât any reason to try and hassle with it.
I think that was the main joke for that whole episode.
Iâd come to the forums to complain I couldnât keep the bag it came in.

So youâd take the option of playing the game with an intentional handicap to demonstrate your abilities? A bit like a low-level or Low-% run in other games?
As I said, an interesting choice.
Iâd focus on solo content, push higher in M+ keys and level alts.
Thankfully, my experience is not solely centered around gear progression. Itâs a large part of my gameplay experience, but not the crux.
Iâd uninstall before I even put any of it on.
