was supposed to be a pvp talent in tww but doesnt exist in pre patch

Yeah, I always main chrono shift because it’s my major movement spell in old instanced content, really sad that it’s gone now and even when it’s correctly added for pvp it still won’t be usable in instanced content 
EDIT - Gods mage feels wayyyyyy worse now without chrono shift. Almost all content just feels super slow now
