You don't need a new expansion every 2 years

Not so bad, if you play other games, do other things and mix it up. 4 years flies by pretty fast. If you do nothing but sit around playing wow 24/7 then yeah 4 years is a eternity lol.

ppl are vanishing after 1 year. imagine 3-4 … devastating.

but you were probably kidding anyways

Since every bit of the game is content to me there’s no such thing as “content drought” in my world. People who only do current dungeons/raids might grumble though lol.

For me definitely absolutely YES.

Blizzard waited way too long for BFA

That’s perfect! Would it have a pool?

Yes, with a waterfall and a jacuzzi. I would need a happy place to hide from BFA for two extra years.

No thanks. I like the 2 year cycle as is. 4 years is fine if the expansion is good, but imagine 4 years stuck in WoD or 4 years in BFA…that would be terrible.

TUR-A-BULL!

For a game this old they do need one every 2 years.

Not to play devil’s advocate, but Blizzard is typically several builds ahead of what is available for players to test. That’s the nature of their dev cycles.

Yeah I am aware. But this is a cycle that happens, there are bugs in beta now that will make it to 9.3 or even 10.0.3.

Aside from that as stated before Shadowlands is nowhere NEAR release ready.

Doesn’t change the fact that we will be heading onto Shadowlands 6 weeks and 2 mins from now!

I could deal with that, as long as it doesn’t have four layers of burrowed power like BFA.

Well… We are approaching that, as the expansion is launching with well 3 layers of borrowed power

Why would you say something so cruel!?

Just trying to make the transition from hope to suffering abit smoother :).

Everything in this game is borrowed power now, it’s why we are super strong at the end of the xpac then we restart a new xpac and we are super weak and so the cycle continues.

I’m ok with burrowed power, but BFA took it too far.
