got my Memory of Ursoc leggo power, got 2380 soul ashe, got 2 missives, and got the umbrahide base leggo legs. went to runecarver. put pants into the window and: i get a red message saying i don’t have any legendary powers for this item.

Are you sure that the memory can go on leg armor?
Each memory is locked to certain armor slots.
Checked for you, memory of ursoc should be able to go on legs or back unless they changed it.
Random thought, did you learn the memory or is it in your bag?
Confirming the same is happening to me and is very annoying. Initially, I created a wrist item with Razelikh’s Defilement. All I want to do now is switch it to gloves. Went back to runvecarver and the memory is now gone?! Are they one time use?
Make sure you ‘use’ the memory item in front of the Runecarver.
This could be whats tripping people up, not realizing memories are actually consumables that must be used in the rune carvers chamber to unlock it
I can confirm that powers I consumed in front of the Runecarver prior to today are now grayed out when trying to apply any to any matched piece. I also found out that a power i acquired and consumed today is able to be used; but its not the one I want which is still grayed out.
Also having this happen, items are used, show up in the crafting menu, but the menu insists I have no powers for this item. Literally all my powers are available on shoulders, none of them will go on my shoulder item though. What gives?
