You do not meet the requirements

So there I was doing old Legion quests/raids/etc - When I killed Cenarius in the Emerald Nightmare raid. In his chest was an “Essence of Clarity” that I could not loot from the chest. It tells me “you do not meet the requirements to loot that Item.” Its old content and I’m sure its not important - but google is refusing me answers as to why I can’t pick it up.

Anyone got info on why I can’t loot it?

Pick up the quest and you should be able to loot it. If you have completed the quest, it is there for your possibly non-existing raid members.
