All the recent dungeon looting changes have done is to destroy actual players trying to play your game by farming gold to afford the insanely expensive consumables that the bots have driven the price of up.
People are still boosting, people are still botting. You’ve hamstrung gold farms that normal players do. I enjoy two things in TBC: raiding and gold farming. If you want to dictate how I play your video game, then give me a list of the things that are right and wrong to do, or let me do whatever I want to in the game.
If you want to combat bots, then actually launch a campaign to moderate your game. Don’t punish me and the way I enjoy the game, in a half caring effort to stop something, especially when your solution is unintelligent and does not work.

Or RDF. it killed leveling boosting in wrath classic overnight.
Not many will pay 100 gold when the RDF was right there. Part of the convenience of boosting is its a known run, or a block of runs.
RDF was never about getting quality runs all the time. it was convenience. 1 tank, 1 healz, 3 dps once found in the RDF a dungeon pops. Several times an hour.
a convenience boosting gives. Most ad seen….were 4 or 5 blocks. You were getting 4 guaranteed runs for that gold. vice /dancing no clue when or even if you’d get a run. let alone 4 of them back to back.
The changes claimed to address:
for the reason of:
but all it did was put a damper on solo farming and severely bug loot for legitimate dungeon and raid groups.
P. S. Hey, Blizz, the boosters instantly posted videos with workarounds.
