The “You can’t do that yet.” warning seems to appear randomly at times, though it always triggers whenever I change zones or sub-zones within a zone.

Still happening for me after this week’s maintenance. 2 weeks now. Blizzard any comment or update? This seems to be happening to a lot of people…

So far only seen this on my warlock though I have 21 alts. Definitely when changing zones and randomly when moving around. Only started happening after the Undermine patch, never before that. No clue what it is related to.

Just had this bug also occur on my Orc Shaman (current spec is elemental, if that makes a difference). She’s flying around Ringing Deeps, gathering herbs, and somewhere between Opportunity Point and Camp Murroch, the error started popping up.

Same here! Like so many others above, on a warlock as well. Just cleared my entire talent tree and punched it in manually, so I doubt it’s the import thing.
Haven’t noticed it on any other characters, and I actively play six right now (warlock, mage, paladin, warrior, hunter, rogue).

I am also seeing this bug since the Undermine patch went live, but only on my worgen druid. As reported by others, it happens randomly when standing still or moving, and can be triggered by zoning, moving indoor/outdoor, and equip/unequip of gear. I have not imported or exported talents at all.

This is almost certainly caused by some server-side refresh script mistakenly trying to invoke the above spell on the player’s behalf. QA will never be able to reproduce this unless they happen to have a character that matches the exact criteria that triggers the relevant code block. I’ve now checked some other players’ /etrace’s and they’re all the same, the above is the trigger.
In case that helps in reproducing the issue, I’m posting this from an affected character. Just copy it to match the circumstances.

Same error also on NE Druid. Just randomly appears. Have seen it on a couple of alts too, but can’t recall which ones. May have to look at bit closer next time. Quite annoying.
My DK alt sees this issue and I haven’t really changed anything about his gear or talents since 11.1 launched except for upgrading an embellished one-handed weapon just last night. The issue was occurring well before that time, however.
They should be paying you two.

Agreed. This makes me not want to play my priest because “YOU CAN’T DO THAT YET”.

Currently only seeing this on my Warlock. It started immediately after Undermine patch went live and I do not see it on any other character in my stable.

This is why this bug is so weird to me. I have two characters (human paladin and orc shaman) that have the message pop up every few seconds. The rest do not. What is it about those two?
Bug 738 since the new expansion, which blizzard isn’t talking about and may have zero plans to fix.

There was something on the EU forums about this. It has something to do with Inscription crafted gear. As soon as I got rid of my DF Cooking hat and rolling pin (it was definitely the rolling pin) the message went away.
