Happening to me as well. Very frustrating, and only on 1 out of 5 toons that I have. Separate thread below as well:
I thought at first it was only related to switching talent profiles, but then it started when I was simply standing still. I hope this has landed on the dev team’s desk as something to fix. It’s very frustrating.
