People that go all defensive when I politely point out or ask why they are doing something specific. Such as a monk that was hardcasting vivifies instead of surging the target for the instant casts during channel.

When I queue for something on LFG and the group leader neither accepts me or rejects me and I donāt know if theyāre too lazy to hit the āxā button or they just died. Just give me a freaking answer.

This is funny. Because yesterday I was swimming from one island in Mechagon to another when I noticed that I was about to swim through a bobber, I stopped. I waited until the other player pulled thier bobber and proceeded.

i just take it as they donāt want me in thier party or are afk and move on.
I go for the ones listed recently to prevent that.
Iāve had the āyou canāt keep that item because youāre not top DPSā calm down bucko, Iām the second highest in Details and this is a PUG raid.
When people plop down feasts and tables under a mage portal in AV. Seriously, Iām trying to get the hell out of there. Please stop ruining my gameplay with your trash food.

The person who ignores combat to rush and loot items in a dungeon for a quest. They put enough for everyone to finish it, calm down.

That and People who are like āyour either with us or against us. You canāt have your own opinions, theirs no middleground, any nuance, or anything in between.ā thing. I mean donāt you just love those kind of people while in an argument? Itās like PS fanboys vs Xbox fanboys, but somehow less fun. 
Normally i donāt suggest you ignore people, but if their unwilling to listen to you cause your opinions doesnāt align with theirs, it would only be kind to return them the favor.

Itās weird, because thereās always the chance thereās a totally logical explanation for this but: When I see another player just hovering over me and Iām killing a rare, or a quest mob or some other baddie and they will be there right from the start but they only join in at the very last 10%.
This is further aggravated by the fact that I mostly quest in tank specs (big pulls), so when itās down to killing the single NPC, it often takes longer by myself. Had the hovering player joined in sooner, we would both have been done faster.
But thereās always the possibility they were just AFK. Itās just such a coincidence that it happens as often as it does.

Rogues when I am trying to level my lowbies.
ā¦ Ā¬_Ā¬ ĀĀWhat? Not all my lowbies are rogues! And yes, I can turn Warmode off at any time. Itās mostly not a problem, most players around the same level as I are just trying to level up themselves and thus leave me alone, and I leave them alone. EXCEPT those dang rogues! They think themselves as PvP kings while they are not! I am looking at you, Rogue whom I almost killed when I ran out of HP (on my mage)!

I canāt join factions other than what my race dictates Iām a part of. So, like, by the transitory property that means WoW is very racist, as what race you choose also chooses all your allegiances. Congratulations, try as you may you are in fact a walking stereotype!
Why do people release and run back in 5-mans, with a healer right there? Doubly annoying if I am the healer! Why do you assume I am not going to do my job and rez you? Why make everyone else wait for you to run back? WHYYY?

Large mounts in close quarters. People with no patience for others. People who yell an insult/s at the rest just before quitting a dungeon or battleground.
Basically though, I think people are better now than they used to be. Could be that I rarely have the Trade channel on though.

John J Keeshan. I avoid ANYTHING to do with thag annoying character like the plague.
I know, I know, hes a very minor character that pops up for the main story of a zone or two. But my god his constant screaming, his character, everything just pisses me off more than it probably should.
You can imagine my dread when I saw his stupid name pop up in the blood troll swamp area.
Also, not really a pet peeve but something Iāve wanted to mention for a long time cuz I donāt get it.
Yknow the mission in the DK starting zone where you have to get information out of the scarlet crusaders but using those two hot irons? For some reason, SOME REASON, it gives me anxiety and I genuinely have no idea why. Itās incredibly confusing but I go through that quest as fast as I can
