i really only see alot of people in tbc zones old world feels dead
could just be a realm diff but its a pretty uncommon feat to see another player questing in the same zone as you in the 40-60 range

TOGC is the worst tier in wow’s history.

as an altoholic i feel like itll be a good way to gear all my toons up for ICC (which is when i imagine quite a bit of players will come back)
they forgot all about the limited attempts, I bet.
Very simple, some have gotten the classic fix they needed and moved on. We cannot expect every version of classic to be packed forever. Gotta think, its not just Diablo,fair amount of people are playing the new patch on retail, regardless what the “dead open world” people claim. Only so many years people are gonna invest in a dumbed down mechanics version of retail, especially when a lot of people are on their second run at it.

How about make Heroic + actually fun and not annoying. It’s basically a clone of Mythic Plus from retail and then maybe people will want to play Wrath if you make it fun and not so tedious. They’re here for Wrath features of the game not retail ones. smh

To be honest, I was already planning to quit the game for good and focus on games like D4, SF6 and FF16. Just using game time from WoW token to keep me raid logging
Started playing again about a week ago and hit 80 and it’s really a struggle without RDF. Not sure what they were thinking when they put the “group finder” in the game but it’s useless for finding groups for anything but H+. If you’re returning or just starting out there’s no decent way to get into heroics at 80 besides spamming /4 for hours. Seems like in an effort to slow progression down by removing RDF they’ve really just shot themselves in the foot because its creating a barrier to entry for new players.

Which is also completely countered by the bag added to H+ which makes the badge grind a lot faster.
So that’s not the real reason either.
For actual genuine reasons we’re really down to “they can’t add it without the icc 5 mans” and “one of the devs got kicked for being afk”.
Diablo just launched, and wow is in a pre-patch lull. Of course no one is talking about it. We’re waiting.
It’s clear the game has been trending downwards in terms of overall activity. And I don’t see ToGC + Ony being enough juice to get the floodgates flowin’

I would have liked to redo the whole ICC-H thing again … but the quality of players / people left playing this game has dropped to the lowest common denominator.
Everyone decent has left. Don’t think even ICC could drag me back unless they introduce some QOL dungeon/group finding that’s cross server … or I have a full group of 25 people who I know and trust to run with … rather than these loot-goblining guilds run by power tripping Taco Bell Assistant Managers + their team leads.
