Buff Crimson Vial for rogues, remove the CD and have it cost 15 energy. CV as it works now is a joke. Especially after they nerfed it for items you could “pick pocket” to empower it in various ways.
Blizzard: promises made, promises forgotten.
Buff: Devine steed has 2 charges baseline and now removes all movement impairing effects. (Not stuns, but snares, roots, slows ect)
Long arm of the law become a talent in place of 2 charge steed
Nerf: implement offensive version of forbearance, put wings and seraphim on that CD (don’t allow them to stack) but increase base dmg of abilities for more consistent damage outside of CDs
That was such a terrible change. I really don’t like the rogue changes in SL.
