Guess they changed something with the API so whatever addon you mention doesn’t work outside of raid groups.
Like how you can no longer open certain menus during combat.
I never understood that addon, and no one was able to explain to me what it was measuring and why it was being announced to other players in a random group.
it is counting the amount of times your character jumps during the instance and/or encounter. if you notice some folks always jump while running (i’m looking at you gnomes), so its just counting that. 
as for the original question one of your addons is doing it. by process of elimination you will have to figure out which one. recently Decursive was doing it for me until it got updated.
sounds to me like your not in a raid group.
It measures how many times i jump. It announces it because this is clearly an important metric that everyone could benefit from knowing xd
I disagree that random strangers want all your addons to announce everything you do in chat.
They can put me on ignore if 4 lines of raid chat is too much for them to handle lol

No i like seeing my jumps unironically. If people get annoyed by that it is also funny to me.
