Title says it all… Im trying to make the first push with my guild and I trying to be resourceful went to normal to try and get a weapon from Huntsman and now i cant raid with my guild. What do i do?
For note, its telling me im already saved to normal when im trying to zone into mythic
Unfortunatly theres not much you can do your locked out to a seperate raid ID and if ur guild does normal they would be stuck doing urs and not a fresh one and GM cant reset it either.
im trying to do mythic though, i havent actually walked into a single mythic Raid this week.
all you need to do is change group leader, you can run norm and heroic as often as you want if the raid lead has a clear lockout, you just wont be eligible for loot. Mythic works differently tho. And the raid lead has to have set the raid to mythic. you take on the leaders lockout when you go into mythic and get locked out of any prospective bosses if they have already downed some, and if you leave and they finish the run your locked out of any other bosses as well. how many people you have in group, just the 20?
Its just 20 people and it is a fresh lock out i killed one boss on normal there should not have been a clash, since they dont share the same lockouts anyway.
try getting the raid leads to pass lead, sometimes that helps and make sure the rl’s have actually set the instance to Mythic.
Have the raid group go outside the raid, and then the raid leader make sure they have it set to mythic. Sounds like they have it set to normal which is why you would be getting the notification that you are about already being locked to it.
It is set to mythic ive tried many things, theyre at this moment attempting mythic Shriekwing. Im just unable to zone in i get the “You are already locked to Castle Nathria (Normal).” in my chat box everytime i try to walk in
Then post a bug report using the in-game bug report tool
It is a bug. LFR and Normal also share these lockdown. No matter what you try you will still be locked out.
We tried resetting instances, logging out, switching groups.
I am currently testing if I can get loot from Shriekwing in Heroic as I’ve downed him in normal.
i just tried making my own group and setting it to mythic to test it and it force changes me to normal, once i zone out it swaps back to mythic. https://imgur.com/a/Ybpd86p
