Howdy,
Just an FYI if you are receiving the max characters for account message when creating a new character. Check other realms for absurd character numbers. I was showing 33 characters on Blackrock and 22 on Frostmourne and only had a couple on each. Switch to these realms and it will correct itself allowing you to create your new character on your desired realm. Hope this helps some people!
