I think you’re being pretty ignorant, but not a jerk.
It relates to wow due to systems in place that are abused by the community.
Meaning before these systems, if someone disagreed with another or found something offensive you would ignore and move on but these new systems hurt freedom of speech.
It does not relate to WoW, since the united states constitution doesn’t exist in this game, seeing as it’s owned by a private corporation. the systems are only abused rarely, and when they are the issue is always solved rather quickly. For instance, in my 15 years of this game i’ve only been silenced once and it was reverted within an hour after contacting a GM
When people use ‘free speech’ as an excuse to bully, harass, and otherwise insult people because they don’t meet their expectations of ‘normal’, that is not a ‘different opinion’. It’s being a terrible person and finding an excuse in order to be one.

I agree but earlier when I said I was silenced due to requesting dreadlocks, the email said it was for racial hatred which I thought was absurd which means players are abusing systems to turn something into what it’s not.
His post kind of tows a line of related/unrelated. It appears to me as a thinly veiled complaint on the abuse of in game and forum systems to squelch players for saying something unpopular. We shall see how it plays out.
I give the Horde permission to kill that lowbie night elf.
I give them permission to try.
