I have trouble finding the mouse in the heat of combat. Is YoloMouse against the TOS or is it allowed? Would love an official blizzard answer to avoid risking a violation…
I don’t see why not. There’s an option in game I believe that allows you to use regular mouse cursor or Blizzard cursor.
As long as it doesn’t do anything else, should be okay but I’m not an official Blizzard representative or anything so. 
That’s going to fall into the iffy realm of things. It’s hijacking the GPU to perform non-wow things. This is similar to what wall hacks do for games. Obviously, there’s a lot of other overlay systems that don’t get you banned like rivatuner statistics, discord overlays, etc.
The anticheat software might detect it as a cheat and flag/ban your account.

There are addons that may help Kepano. Star Cursor is one I recall.
You’re not guaranteed a reply here, but you may want to try asking through Blizzard’s Accessibility team. Here’s an article and it has their e-mail address in it. I’ve seen quite a few cases with people getting responses from them. I don’t know how long it takes, mind you, but you’ll probably get some sort of answer or alternative.
There are weakauras that add things to your cursor, and think there are addons, too. I would recommend against using an app on Windows that changes the cursor.
