During Phase one on 1 light today, myself and another shaman was teleported to Yogg’s brain room. I have screenshots to provide if needed.

Same thing just happened to our raid, multiple people got transported and they were stuck down there. If you try to leave it mind controls you.
Can confirm that this also happened tonight to 4 of our 5 Healers during a normal Yogg attempt and we also had one of the Phase 1 adds spawned inside the Brain Room.
When we were ported, I was triggering the clouds from underneath. Probably had about 20 adds up, lol.
This has happened to me three times now on two of my toons. There seems to be two different conditions that led to the bug:
In my 10m, I was healing someone, took a step forward, and fell all the way down to the brain room. No mobs spawned, I couldn’t target anything, and just had to wait to die: https://youtu.be/XryKontbyfY
Then tonight in our 25m, a mob spawned and immediately vanished through the floor. Then he started teleporting people down and killing them. He teleported 4 players to the brain room: https://youtu.be/o-4er1usDt0
I hope these videos are useful/helpful in any way for debugging this, and hopefully we can get a fix. 3 times and Ulduar hasn’t been open for long…
We have now wiped to this bug 3 times in this raid since Ulduar has been released (and one wipe in my other guild). Here’s another video of the bug if anyone cares. Looks like a mob fell through the floor, then pulled 7 people down (on yogg 0)
