Normally I just pug glad in LFG (I am horde) since everyone I play with seems to quit the game, do something else, etc. Never try to go past 2400-ish rating or anything just really like the mounts but I started to push this season a little late… but it seems like everyone got their glad really early in the season when stuff was super broken and new, and now everyone is sitting rating and the current season glads are just playing alts.

I’m hardstuck like 2100-2200 purely in LFG and can’t seem to get any further, there are NO healers, any half decent healer is already picked up by a good team or is just sitting rating. Feel like the biggest diff between 2100 and 2400 right now is sadly reliant on the healer, so obviously capable ones aren’t gonna be pugging lfg.
On top of that, LFG on horde is DEAD! Even during peak times like fri/sat night, its like 80% people pushing stuff like 1500, farming conq on alts, etc. You try queueing with anyone in the 2100 CR area and it’s the same handful of people…sit and wait 40min and pray you find a decent healer…I don’t know what’s going on…don’t even get me started on the r1 players boosting people in this area too. MMR just seems broken as well…has anyone else noticed this? I have a 58% win rate and still kinda stuck in this area…I’ll keep pushing and pray some inflation kicks in or something.
I love arena but man it feels more dead than it ever has been. Kind of scared for TBC to come out cause that’ll take a good portion of the remaining retail arena players for sure.
9.0/s1 has been going for too long, people are waiting for s2 and 9.1, people got everything they needed months ago.
most people have cleared everything the patch has to offer but 9.1 being so delayed is why it’s quiet.
You should see alliance LFG, its a ghost town even early in the expansion literally 0 people playing, I resigned myself to the fact im prolly not going to arena much and used my 3s to help friends get MoGs, its a nightmare. Horde is slightly better or was, but now everything seems pretty dead.
I’ve been mainly playing resto druid in arena and guardian/boomkin in rbg’s. All of that at higher mmr than you so yeah maybe my brain is getting eaten away from being so much better than you.

can you really blame him for sitting rating though, no one wants to play right now, we’re 15 weeks into the season, everyone got full geared like two/three months ago.
curious though as youve gotten hero like every season, what do you think hero will end at this season?
Prior to doing pvp and looking at these forums I would have never guessed that every high mmr pvp player knows and dislikes each other. lol The world of warcraft seems rather small.
yeah its pretty dead. I remember wotlk i just log in the weekend, do my arena with the dudes on my team, then do my raids with my guild. now adays it doesnt matter how the good games are, you arent gonna see the dude again friend request or not, so every session is a new day complete with waiting, dumb mistakes like getting lined, relearning teamwork, and possibly doing all this over 30-40min only to lose or not gain cr so you have to redo it all again in one session
