Content Not Available in the War Within Early Access

The following content will not be available in Early Access:

  • Weekly Quests and World Events – These are expected to unlock after the first reset on August 27 (NA) and August 28 (EU).
  • World Events – World Events will most likely be available after the first reset. The War Within adds new events like Theater Troupe at the Isle of Dorn, Spreading the Light event in Hallowfall and more.
  • World Quests – We anticipate world quests to be available after the first weekly reset.
  • Season 1 Content – World bosses, the new raid, Heroic and Mythic Dungeons will be unavailable in Early Access.

I did also read something about profession cooldowns, profession specialization points and rare enemy spawns not being available, but I don’t know what of it is true and how they manage it with the profession spec points…

By the way, I do read it as they know it won’t be active but they speculate on when it will be available. I didn’t watch the video though.

There is a slight possibility that there’s a PTR tomorrow for folks to, you know, see if this totally normal configuration has any game breaking stuff in it.

Thats the one icyveins will be basing their ideas off. But if that was accurate why can’t blizz just come out with official confirmation, instead of just one off the cuff unplanned remark from 10 years ago?
