Town in a box toy is from an optional cataclysm classic upgrade bundles you can buy, starting at $30 for the heroic upgrade bundle. You deploy the toy near vendors. You get automatic 10% off discount for anything.
This includes gold sink items… So imagine MoP Classic, the yak transmog mount gets 10% off.
In Cataclysm, there are vendors that you need to buy from to make your alchemy transmorph mount. Which is also a gold sink.
Classic BfA, if it exists, can take 10% off from brutosaur vendor should classic head that way.
Wouldn’t be surprised there’s something similar for retail in war within that’s a toy in the future.

Goblin racial was for reputation discounts. A neutral rep was the same price as exalted for goblins.
This is an actual 10% discount including goblins racial added.

Basically, just as it describes, you’ll be able to have Exalted level discounts for buying (repairs possibly as well).
So even at Neutral and up, you’ll still have the 20% discount.
A non goblin at exalted still got the same discount as a goblin does if both are at exalted rep
The goblin player gets the reputation discount regardless of said rep vendor is netural or exalted.
The toy takes 10% ADDITIONAL

Not considered winning, BUT…if you can combo this with the goblin racial, a goblin alchemist with arch could make vials of the sands for cheaper than anyone else, an advantage they already had to begin with.
I forget which component it is, that costs tens of thousands of gold to make the mount. You could then flip the mount I GUESS and make gold that way to bwhatever, I agree with you.

It is quite literally pay to win, no matter how minor, if you give blizzard an inch they will take a mile
I thought the three day advantage they are giving in war within is far more pay to win than the toy.
Pay to win is
“Buy this bundle and get the best gear and the best stats”. You can argue Diablo 4 is p2w, but WoW? Nope.
