Then you could always just transfer or reroll if your server is dead. I originally was on Westfall and when the Horde population dropped I moved. Its on you to find the players or you can go play Retail and have everything spoonfed to you.
I think 90% of your problem is you don’t want to put in the effort to achieve your goals.
