I can ask you what constitutes winning and the next guy and everyone is going to have a different answer because everyone plays this game for different reasons.
Regardless, a lot of people think getting aotc or cutting egde is winning/beating the game when in reality there is people who couldn’t care less about raiding so to them that isn’t winning. It is still winning whether you play different content or not. I might not give a crap about billy buying his cutting edge then wearing a title to flaunt around like he beat the raid but some raiders might find that to be bull because he bought it while they still work on their 40-60 wipes a night bosses.
