Yes Chef is a guild of friends that have came back together in the success of Dragonflight launch (Many having enjoyed games together for more than 10+ years). Many members have taken the majority of Shadowlands off to pursue other endeavors, however, have come back with renewed vigor and focus in the raiding environment. Many of the members of the guild have CE experience with the leadership experienced in world top 500 or better.
We are currently an AoTC focused guild, but will be recruiting with the goal of beginning mythic raiding, and of course the ultimate goal of Cutting Edge each tier. Recruitment focuses will be oriented towards quality over quantity. We will work on creating a fluid, adaptable, and goal oriented group of individuals as a priority. We do not just want bodies to enter the raid tier, but to develop a team that will progress better each tier.
Basic Requirements
- Understanding and improving performance based on tools available (WCLogs, replays, details, or any other analytical information)
- Accepting of constructive criticism. We’re here to help each other achieve goals. Thin skin tends to be more destructive than constructive.
- Punctual and Reliable attendance – Raiding continues to evolve, requiring raiders be prepared and focused to make any progress.
- Class mastery – With the effort required to overcome strategic obstacles in every iteration of content, understanding your class/role is crucial to limiting wasted time.
- Performance – As we recruit we will aim to always take the best performing raiders. This will observe best composition for any encounter. Being asked to sit for another raider should never be viewed as a negative, but a necessary step in an attempt to resolve an encounter.
- Drama/Attitude – Poor attitudes, or in guild drama has a zero tolerance policy. People get burned, frustration occurs, and high pull attempts can strain the group, but there will never be grounds for insults, bullying, or any form of verbal abuse.

- Healers (Priest preferred)
- Range DPS – Boomkin, Mage, Spriest
- Unholy DK, Hunter(s).
These are our highest need, however any quality candidate will be recruited for a core raid spot as we develop our Mythic roster.
