Don’t deny it. It’s even been stated by Ion himself. If you want you can go to this thing called the Blizzard store. Under the World of Warcraft section there’s a lot of things. You’re gonna be wanting to look at the books. Buy those. Start reading up on lore.

But does that work in reverse? I dont think anyone on the pro helf side actually thinks blood elves dont come from high elves.

No one is denying they were once known as high elves. But what you arent realising the people that want to play a high elf want to play a blue eyed normal skin colored elf on the alliance side. You know those high elves from the silver covenant that were never blood elves and always remained on the alliance

There are few left in the Alliance for a reason. Alliance treated them like crap. Probably why they aren’t playable as Alliance.

The only reason they arent playable is because people wanted a decent looking race on the horde so blizz played around with the lore a little and forced the belves into the horde. Otherwise in bc we would of likely had high elves on alliance and something else on horde. And using the excuse of not enough left is invalid. If you have done the void elf questline you would see their was maybe 20 void elves there when they were created. Their is more remaining helves than velves created in the questline

I’m pretty sure Joyeuse is just someone doing an extreme parody of a fanatical high elf supporter. She seems way too zealous and on-the-nose but is very entertaining.

Also, we didn’t need another thread like this.

To be fair if I was evil and working at blizzard I would release a secret High elves skin for Void elves that you could only obtain if you level up a blood elf to 120 get the heritage armor and deletes it.
