Yerba mate vs matcha

Best for queuing? I’m looking to have the highest apm as I can and be as alert as possible and without the crash. I’ve settled on these two over other energy boosting options. Opinions? What’s your experience with the two?

Also I would be amenable to the idea of opening my third eye

Matcha. It has more of a kick, and it’s green. Just don’t add too much sweetener and you’re g2g.
