I read all the forum discussions of other people not liking them. Apparently there are no addons or any other way to turn the off. Since Blizzard insists on treating us all like newbies, could Blizzards at least make it easier to close them?
Like putting an X on them to click to close?
I’m drawing a blank here. Either I haven’t experienced it, or it hasn’t been annoying enough to remember. Where do you see these info balloons?
Talking about the new popup on the appearances collection screen that keeps coming back? Yeah it’s annoying. I can only assume it’s a bug that they’ll patch out eventually.

Open up your collections window. You’ll see it. Every. Single. Time.
It’s bugged as of 10.2.5.

And it’s annoying as it makes the shift-p command default to the appearance tab.

Yeah, this is a non-issue for me. I’ve seen it. Maybe I clicked the button it emits from, and it goes away. Hasn’t really changed my day-to-day much, if at all. I guess I rarely open that window, once I have the items that I want on my toolbars.
I saw a tweet earlier sharing a macro to stop it appearing for your current character. Unfortunately it does mean you have to paste it again if you change toons.

I’m more irritated with the toast window that comes up when you’ve unlocked another vault slot every time.
It takes up half the screen, and you have to wait for it to fade.

You can right click all of those now to get them to disappear, but I personally think they need a toggle to disable them altogether.
