I know this probably sounds petty but does anyone know an option or command to turn off the yellow sparkle highlights under mobs and most NPCs after the latest patch? Its distracting.

This started for me today at launch and it has made leveling insanely miserable. Did you figure out how to fix it? I can’t identify quest mobs because all mobs have the circle. Disabled all addons and scanned and repaired. Still broken.
its the Stormriders quest from valdrakken to gather 50/500 storm spirits. you can abandon the quest to make all the gold circles go away, or complete it

ohhhhhh wow! OK! I didnt realize that. I noticed it went away and thought perhaps they changed it. 
Now I realize it went away as soon I finished that quest! Thank you Androcles!!
I should have checked here before I filed a bug report! Oops!
The thing is I picked up the quest on a different character so it didn’t even cross my mind it’d be that.
