Plenty of people do. You just don’t notice them because they don’t.
9/10 times this is people signing up for +10 keys trying to skip the line and do content they haven’t shown they can do to get mythic gear when they have a +3 rio and then crying because they get rejected. Or people on a 575 ilvl signing up for a +5 or something and expecting to get invited.
It’s really not hard to find groups when you’re +/- 1 tier of what you’re signing up for, and you have tier level appropriate gear.
Well how do already formed groups get players ? I mean it no different than you forming one
