Just give me more crit so I can get bigger Ms as slayer than Colossus reliably
Shouldn’t an opinion on a spec be relevant for the rating they’re doing? High level 3s is an very small amount of players in an unpopular game mode, so I’m not sure it’s a great gauge for most people’s experience.
By the way, I was in a skirm yesterday with Logash who did in fact demolish our enemies.
I’m a relatively (re)noob Warrior, and haven’t played it much since they added the spear-like (keep a player in place) mechanics. What classes are able to escape this (presumably without a trinket) and how? It it numerous?
Seems like a great setup with Demolish, and use Stormbolt when it’s on CD instead?
Tbh most classes.
Priest can greater fade out of it.
Dk can deaths advance
Paladin can bubble or bop (which is a major cd trade to be fair)
Warlocks can gateway
Evokers can rescue
Dh can glimpse
Also, any class with a dash ability can use the ability DURING the pull back and range the effect depending on latency.
So a hunter can walk out of the spear and then disengage as he’s being pulled back in to escape it.
Spear is not half as bad as most players would have you believe, but dragon roar is almost always a better option because it’s meaningful sticky damage that’s super easy to apply with little to no set up.
I see, thanks. And so it sounds like Mages should be able to blink time it, and warriors can Heroic Leap, and Monks can roll time it? So pretty much everyone ![]()
So Arms essentially relies on Stormbolt to get Demolishes off then (solo)?
Edit: removed Thunderous Roar talk
Unbelievably gutter tier remark that I’m surprised has any up votes tied to it. R1 rogues have historically always been extremely non-biased in their takes about the performance of their spec and class in Arena.
Yeah, it doesn’t need to be in the same tier as Fury. Nothing does. Using this as a comparison point is beyond pathetic.
“Two tiers below god tier isn’t good bro”.
Rank 1’s almost consistently have seriously cooked opinions on their own class.
And nothing should be, fury is grossly overtuned. You don’t need to bring arms up to being a god tier monster. You need to bring fury down.
Arms is a good spec, other stuff is over performing and as such they’ve already set out a list of nerfs. Guarantee we see more.
That’s pretty much on point on it. All of those just need to be brought down.
Id say another to look at is ww. Especially defensives wise. But think those you mentioned need to be tuned before anything else.
Also healers. Especially preservation.
This ^
i mean good job on your damage, but one warrior in one BG where the enemy was dumb enough to blob up and allow you to cleave like it was M+ isn’t like a great indicator overall of a class.
Great job on your damage though mr warrior
