Because it’s a subscription based game. I agree, I truly feel bad for all of the passionate employees that went to Blizzard and ended up being victims of Sexual Harassment/Assault or just degraded by management. They need to do everything they can do and take as long as they need to to clean house. That being said, the game is in a bad state and isn’t worth playing without fresh content in the game. And that would be fine in some cases, but WoW is a subscription based model. You can’t expect millions of people to stay subscribed to a game with no content updates because grown adults couldn’t foster a healthy work environment.

^^^ Absolutely. I’ve gone through multiple company reorganizations and have seen them clean house each and every time. Showing your value during a transition like this is most important.
