I still have the quest gear from that WoD quest chain, in my bank. :frowning:

I also have the quest gear from when Varian got annihilated in the pre-Legion patch, along with a Varian tribute toon I leveled during pre-Legion invasions. :frowning:

…I really, really hate how they keep killing off lore characters. They do it too damn much.

I absolutely refuse to engage with them, on the idea of the final dusting of Arthas.

I really enjoy the characters from the rogue’s order hall.

Garona halforcen is a true badass.

Vanessa Van Cleef, a genuine folk hero. We did her wrong.

Tess greymane, wolf princess turned shadowblade, searching for 1 beautiful thing each day to give her hope.

Continuing the folk hero theme:

Margaux the winemaker in Suramar.

Arluin who will only initially help for huge amounts of ancient mana, later gives his life for the cause.

Ahh there are so many great minor stories. Remember that satyr in teldrassil who tricks you so you turn him into frog?

I could go on dredging great characters but I’m going to stop - there is no way I could pick a favourite.

Zidormi, the NPC that takes you back in time to previous versions of an area. Lets Blizz do whatever to the world while allowing people to still experience the older version :+1: I just wish Zidormi was around in Cata.
