Xylem (Mage Tower) Working as intended?

This may be a stupid post. But I would just like to confirm from someone who’s done this scenario that the frostbolts are supposed to be hitting for 50-60% of my hp. I am a DH with full gear and enchants.

The reason I’m asking is I watched a Youtube guide from another DH from 6 months ago. The frostbolts were hitting him for 10-20% of his HP. He didn’t even bother kicking them and the fight was a joke for him. So yeah, it leaves me confused and a bit frustrated.

Also, in case anyone was wondering, the scaling and damage seems to be exactly the same in and out of the legion timewalking event, as I’ve tried in both instances.

I think with legion remix the scaling got changed so bosses have more hp and do more dmg- or its possible stats arent scaling the same as before. I didnt have to kick the frostbolts as of september 25th 2025. Havent retried Xylem but I did try the feral one again and I was doing essentially 0 dmg when I entered after remix launched
