Xur'ios still in Dalaran?

Is Xur’ios still in the game? I can not find him, according to wowpedia and wowhead he is suppose to be next to the bank in Dalaran at 48.8, 13.6 but I do not see him, only a tree a statue and a citizen

Are you looking in the Broken Isles version of Dalaran?

OMG, I did not realizw there where two Dalarans, I am going to check out the other one now, he is there, ty so much
