Xrealm mythic raiding

I think that tying cross realm mythic to “hall of fame” was a good idea in theory, but with current population disparity it doesn’t work. Its been 7 weeks since mythic NYA was made available. 100 horde guild killed mythic N’zoth, and only 28 kills on alliance side.

It took 3 month to open xrealm EP, and it will take even longer to open NYA.

I know that solution is to transfer to bigger server and that’s what makes money for blizzard, but Id like community input on this topic.
Why not make it open “N” month after releasing mythic difficulty?

I have no skin in that part of the game. Having said that I think it would be alright to do what you suggest.

Not sure if that would be popular among those who do actively participate in that content (mythic raiding).

Active participation is mostly possible on handful of bigger servers. Its harder to find guild/fill in roster on lower pop realms. Which means people move to bigger realms, and it only aggravates the problem.

Another possibility would be to cut hall of fame in half. This way you still have months of progression, before plebs will be able to move on from heroic. There’s such disparity between heroic and mythic, that while former can be conquered in a month latter takes 4-5 month of progression. So when average heroic raider is done with farming, he can’t move up without either moving guilds, or servers.

Edit: Not sure why it chose that character to make OP. Im the poster at the top

I’d rather they keep the current system. It puts pressure on Blizzard to hopefully do something about the underlying problem instead of continuing to sweep it under the rug.
