Hi all, I just ran my level 71 Hunter in Chromie Codex and apparently I turned on the XP in chat for her and I noticed that I was getting XP + rested XP bonus minus raid penalty equal to rested XP bonus. I saw that this is a bug on classic raid going back to 2009. I was not running with alts, just myself running likely with higher level players in a classic environment. (a) why will lower level rested toons be penalized and (b) if this is a known bug older than my grandchildren why hasn’t this been fixed, for the love of Arthas???
PS this hunter is my 6th or 7th toon ran thru the anniversary event so how many have been gimped from their rested xp
