There’s an exploit some are using to enter XP-On BGs.
A scaled 60 is weaker than a geared leveling toon, the advantage that they have is stacking their team composition. Imagine the effect of teams of more powerful players that are best specs for that bracket. I’d really like to see XP-off able to enter a unified queue but I think there will need to be some compromises.
