Current affix doesn’t reduce the CD of Wake of Ashe.
Seems to be an ongoing issue with Seal of Order as well.
For everyone wanting to increase visibility, please use the in-game bug report to communicate this issue.
It is massively broken considering the recent buff to the affix that were made.
It effectivaly just increase the difficulty for Ret with little to no reward.
It de-synchronize ES from Wake each time and the only other offensive CD we have it touches is Divine toll.
Will test if vanilla wings is affected later.

I’ve reported this in-game as well as hitting up the forums to help get this fixed.
Currently this affix is pointless for ret paladins.

Avenging wrath: might and crusade are affected by the CDR, Wake of ashes still isn’t. I’ve reported the same via in-game bug report.

And it’s not even worth playing without RG, I tried and the damage completely crumbled, especially in ST as Herald.
Also, for anyone with numbers on their CD, the numbers are lying to you, they will go back up once the buff ends if it is still on CD.
The buff is like Holy’s blessing of summer, it increase the rate at which it comes back up, it’s not a flat reduction.
