Her interactions with shadow priest players are determined what they did during Legion (the black blade of the empire) and BfA (eye of N’zoth)

There’s also two other interactions for non priests that reflect on your choices in BfA as well. Sounds like anyone who didn’t cleanse eye of n’zoth yet will finally have something special in the future?

I’ve been carrying her around on my priest like the good little trinket she really is.

One day she’ll be shoved back in that blade where she belongs and I’ll place her on the mantle to collect dust.

I hope this means N’Zoth is still around or my title Servant of N’Zoth means nothing!
