it got you a wpvp title, and a bit of flavor text from other NPCs that also had it. It was criminally underutilized
after nyalotha you get a bit of text from other NPCs with it along the lines of “what do we do now that nzoth is dead? and if he’s dead why do we still have his gift?”

I doubt they’ll add more whispers considering a) you’re transmogging to the Legion artifact, not anything further and b) she’s not in the dagger anymore
