Happy to see more people’s getting it on thier first attempt. For the rest of us opening an empty box is like taking two punches to the nuts, last year it was just a single punch each time coming up empty.
6 days left. And Monday is what a 2-3 hour window before it shuts down so for most people it’s down to 5 “greatly boosted” chance at a love rocket. Heck if I get one I’ll even call it a heartbreaker and not love rocket.
For those that don’t know I’ve created a daily love rocket post thread of disappointment for probably the last 3 years lol. This year I’ve been a little more cynical and jaded, previous years were more positive lol. Sorry!

I still remember the feeling last year of opening my last box and the feeling of emptinesses. Lol
Yeah those final hours are the worst because its another chance between reset and the event closure, but I can’t run all my alts in that time, if I don’t get it before Monday, I’d like to do at least the first run.

Ok granted I have been bashing Blizzard since this whole thing started even took time off the game to play forum pvp for four days or so but maybe this first time each day is working because on my first run the thing finally dropped.
Any of you still after it keep going if I can get it then anyone can because I have the worst luck in getting things to drop also keep bashing Blizzard over this being so stupid and a waste of time that might have finally got them to “flip the switch” to get me to shut up.

Its still rng, there’s a chance that I’ll have to wait next year and next year… I’m being negative but this holiday just provide disappointment and there’s not anything fun in game for years like a new pvp brawl or boss fight. The boss fight is really boring and increasing your alt army provides more chances but its also a big time inversion and then i don’t want to play the game (m+, raid, pvp).
On the positive side, Devs finally changed the gask mask to be a tmog piece… As part of 10.0.7
Don’t give up true may very well be a lot of RNG still we will never know but if even I can get this mount after all this time while taking four days off the game to play forum pvp and kept calling Blizzard out for being stupid then I know you also can get it.
Again keep bashing them and calling them out for doing this stupid thing never know they may “flip the switch” to get you to stop bashing them as well.
Please buff the odds of the rocket
Well, I’m still trying to do my 52 runs during a business trip… Its worse that well doing those from home. Yesterday I did 42 between 10pm to 1am, then 10 at 5:30 am 
I’ll keep bashing and talking about this reward and any reward with bad design, even if i get it today.
The objection is they never told us how much it’s increased by.
0.1%? 1%? 15%? 87.12%?
Without this information who’s to say it was increased at all?
This is the equivalent of just saying “don’t worry it’s fixed we promise” without explaining how it’s fixed
Well, I expected a Dev note for this change, since a Dev talked about this grind last year, a follow up with their intentions…
Its the worst grind in this game…
My guess is the dev who said it is no longer there because he gave those after the mount a sense of hope but Blizzard was not having any of it so they released the poor guy on his own heartbreaker.
Hey Blizzard thank you for finally flipping the switch and letting me have it but don’t stop there flip more switches make the increase across the board for all characters.

my toxic trait is thinking that one day ill try to become a developer at blizzard and figure out which team maintains the rng code for these holidays
i know i wouldn’t be able to make any modifications, but id advocate to increase the odds to a reasonable amount for every attempt, not just 1st of the day
It’s frustrating, for sure! I’ve been after this thing for 12 years, and I’m currently 0/145 this year. Even so, if they would have upped the drop rate for every run I would have been okay with that even if I don’t get it this year.
