It wasnt even 1% A 1% mount drop rate is easily obtainable vs love rocket’s 0.04% or lower.

Since the devs decided to up the drop rate, they should have made it for every run, not just the first one of the day! It doesn’t negate the alt army and really does add a new level of frustration if it doesn’t drop on the first run.

That must be why I still haven’t gotten it yet. I’ve only been doing it on 29 characters every day.
Dont you understand, if they increase the drop rate and everybody has it, then nobody will even want it.
You wont even want to use it at that point either.
Some things are meant to be rare and special.

There is nothing special about this mount.
It is not a mount you earn… its rng nonsense

It’s been rare enough for 15 years. This mount is long overdue for a massive buff.
And if that makes it “not special” to you and you stop mounting it…

Wrong before Dragonflight I used my Love Rocket all the time in places I can fly…if in a grounded area I use my Magic Rooster egg…don’t say everyone only uses it for 5 mins many of us that have the Love Rocket use it all the time …I’d would pay 500,000 gold just to use it as a flying mount in Dragonflight zones …I hate using dragons to gather with…

Lol, you don’t speak for me or any mount collector. We want the mounts that we want because we like them. There’s no element of “Haha, I have what you don’t have” for any true mount hunter.
That might be why a very select few people want it, but if this was true then why did nearly 100% of the mount hunting community celebrate when they buffed the World Boss mounts, even those who had them?

Drops for all mounts is pretty lame. RNG is not rarity. Most of these mounts are butt ugly, and I haven’t mounted 99% of the mounts ive obtained beyond the first time. I’ve used the Obsidian Nightwing exclusively since 2012 because of the aesthetic and I got the mount right after my son was born. So to me that actually means something.
Going 10 years without the mount dropping makes me not want it outside of Lord of the Reins achievement progression. Folks crying about the drop rate boost are finding an excuse to be toxic because they got the mount in the old system and don’t want you to ruin the faux rarity that they placed on the mount.
If they let the community go nuts with suggestions and designs, we would have a much better cosmetic game than what Blizzard thinks is cool in a MMORPG thats almost old enough to legally drink.
