I am asking myself this 56x a day. Idk do I resub more accounts it all ready is boring, myeh. Don’t want to pay more to play mount RNG slots.
NGL this seems like a false favor. Hey surprise everyone we boosted the drop rate for the X-45 heartbreaker. Which is cool but going from .03 to .1 doesn’t really help anyone. Blizz needs to give us solid numbers so we can better estimate it.

Aside from the mount what else is there to get?
0-9 yesterday and 0-9 today running not only my main but also level appropriate alts through this slog some increase unless the increase was just a way to increase how much more time we waste playing.
After thinking about it this change doesn’t really increase your chances of getting the mount per season. The expectation is folks running it once per day.
It just makes your chances of once per day on all your toons equal to running it once per day one your account.
They should have just increased the drop rate to 5% or something. Most of have been doing this for nearly 20 years

Wrong no one has been doing this run for 20 yrs…the mount was added in patch 3.3.0 in 2009 and didn’t go live till Feb 2010…this is year 13 of mount in game.
Haha not a chance in hell that ever happens.
Imagine if they came out and said that all these years the droprate was .001% or something.
People would throw an insane rage fit over the time they lost farming this thing, the heat of their anger would burn down the forums here and on twitter.
You have a better chance of getting the mount.
I’m at 373 mounts and I stopped trying for these super low mounts years ago, I’m not chasing this carrot on a stick when you can go for YEARS with no carrot.
It’s like everyone’s getting a trophy just for showing up in wow these days.

Just dropped for me on an alt that I used my boost on.
According to my addon that tracks these things, I’ve gotten in about 550 attempts at this thing per account since I installed the addon, at least. I’m sure there were several hundred more before that.
I’ve got about 24 level-60+ characters doing it a day between the two accounts. Day 2 got me nothing, so I’m about 48 attempts in. About to forge into the trenches again.

Ahh… Now everyone will have them; I’d be like those weirdos who’re like “This is ruining the game” But, I got my Love Rocket Randomly 2 years ago without even knowing about it. But, this means I can no longer have this mount held over my groups’ mounts. Dang it! Now I’ll be the guy with the semi-rare mount and no three-seat mammoth! XD
Are people getting the mount? What % are we looking at? should I just go back to running every Alt? I have not seen it drop for any group I have run so far.

Those of us that have been farming with armies for years are still farming with an alt army until we get lucky. Then better chance on the first box of the day just adds that little bit more hopelessness to the whole affair.

Well, I just passed the 2.3k attempts ,that’s for a players using a single character about 153 years of events…Devs really know how to design a rewarding event.
