With this wave of released names I was finally able to get the name “Typhoid” which was my very first character’s name.
Ok, the second character technically… but the Nelf druid I got stuck on the side of Darnassus after I fell off it and couldn’t figure out how to get it back doesn’t count.

WRA ! I still have quite a few names I’m willing to trade/sell/giveaway so I’m updating my post to not only remove the old names, but add some of my more personal names to the list in hopes that I could perhaps trade those names for names I’d enjoy more!

whatever i do with names is my business, misconstruing sitting on names with using names on alts, nothing in the terms of service/code of conduct against hoarding names.

People are free to do what they want and we all have our own take on it.
I am free to express that I think someone unrolling a CVS receipt’s worth of hoarded names on unused chars that they want to sell for gold (or trade if it suits them) seems a bit sour.
They are free to tell me to go **** myself.
It’s all good!
Like I said, I’ve had some amazing names over the years. If I am not using them, I free them up. If someone else doesn’t want to do that, so be it. Blizz rules say they can hoard the names.
I have zero desire to get into an argument with anyone about this. This past week in the US has seen things…worth arguing about. Blizz naming policies are not even a blip in comparison.

i got suspended one time for saying racism was bad if you remember that.
also i got the name Ultramilkers on MG because i had a boost and needed a level 50 character to make a dragon
