In the jailer’s defense I think we’ll probably fight him at some point*, ol’ Sarg didn’t even get to appear in his own expansion outside of a cutscene and got upstaged by some giant blue guy nobody has ever heard of to be the final boss
* this may be wrong because for the past 3 expansions the final boss has been a weird random bait and switch so who knows
