Greetings, friends.
Just wanted to shine a bit of a light on something I think is pretty amazing happening over on Wyrmrest Accord.
With the announcement of Shadowlands as being the next expansion, a lot of us were left wondering what we’D do with our characters who would not be crossing the veil. We were left with the thought that, you know, life on Azeroth would have to go on, even in the absence of the heroes who were gone.
So we decided to create content in the absence of content.
The Year of the Scourge is a year-long, cross-faction and cross-realm campaign. It started in January and we have completed two chapters, spanning about two and a half months each. Currently we are in the last few days of our Midsummer Fire Festival hiatus, and we return with the prologue event to Chapter 3 this Saturday.
